Shipping Policy
Shipment of Products: Purchases are shipped from our own Warehouse or an approved fulfilment centre. Our endeavour is to make the products reach you within 10 days from receipt of order and payment.
IN – MUMBAI DELIVERIES
- Standard Shipping will arrive within 7 business days.
OUT OF MUMBAI DELIVERIES:
- Please note, due to the perishability of our products we do not dispatch out of Mumbai orders from Friday – Sunday
- Standard Shipping will arrive within 7 to 10 business days, during the week selected at checkout.
We are delivering products in multiple cities in India. Please enter your pincode details to check for delivery availability.
We do not deliver to international locations.
Cash On Delivery is not available.
Goods will need to be signed upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order.
The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance. The selected product will be delivered only in the city it is mentioned as “available” on this Site. We shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery.
We will consider the order delivery “failed” in the following cases:
- Delivery not done due to wrong address.
- Recipient or nobody is available to collect the order.
- Premises locked.
- In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the delivery challan copy and returned to the delivery person.
In case of Delivery Charges, shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
Product returns: Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. Please review our refund policy.
To return any items that are damaged or not as per your original order, please return these products to the delivery person along with a remark on the delivery receipt. Please contact customer service by email through the contact us link on the website. Mention the return of products along with the order number, and the date of delivery.
All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorisation number and in unopened, saleable condition.
Please note that in any case we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale, more than partially eaten, mishandled, or where the damage is caused by the customer.
Please allow reasonable time from the day you return your package for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
Dispatch:
Due to courier timelines, all orders received before 12:00 p.m. will be processed on the same day in most cases. Orders received post 12:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
