How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout process.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on all orders.

How long does shipping take?

No, Currently we ship only in India.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not offer return. Returns will only be accepted if the product delivered is damaged or is defective. Please contact us on contact.stosi.in within 7 days to initiate the process. Exchanges for sizes can be done but subject to availability. Please contact us within 7 days to initiate the process

How do I initiate are turn or exchange?

Contact our customer service team at contact@stosi.in or drop us a message on our whatsapp number. All the cost will have to be borne by the customer to return or exchange the item. For more information please check out our Return & Exchanges page

What if I need help with sizing?

Are your products true to size?

Yes, our products are designed to fit as shown on our size chart.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
